Only those details necessary to the provision of a coach hire service are recorded, that is client’s name, contact, and details relating to the journey.

We require these details in order to carry out your hire. The information is not used for any marketing purpose.
How do we store your information?
The information is stored on computer which is password protected. We also keep paper records in a locked cabinet. Access is only by authorised administrative staff who observe strict confidentiality.
How long do we keep your information?
It is kept at least until your job has been completed, and normally for up to three years. It will then be securely destroyed by shredding.
Is your personal information shared with anyone?
We do not share your information with anyone, nor do we use it for marketing purposes.
If there was a legal reason that required us to divulge your information, for example to the police, or in the case of fraud, we would have a duty to do so.
We reserve the right to update this notice when necessary in line with changes in business practice or legislation.
